Glenda Jackson, an Oscar-winning actress and former British politician, passed away at the age of 87. She won two Academy Awards for Best Actress and two Emmys before going on to have a successful political career earlier returning to theater and winning a Tony Award.

Brett Hadley, a longtime member of the cast of The Young and the Restless, died at the age of 92. He played Carl Williams for ten years before returning as Jim Bradley. In the 1970s and 1980s, Hadley had a successful career as a guest star on various TV shows.

Cormac McCarthy, the renowned author known for his unique writing style, passed away at 89. His works, including "All the Pretty Horses" and "The Road," achieved both commercial and critical success, with "No Country for Old Men" being adapted into an Oscar-winning film. McCarthy's final novels, "The Passenger" and "Stella Maris," were published in 2022.

The influential comic artist John Romita Sr. died at the age of 93. He is best known for his work on Spider-Man, where he helped to shape Marvel's art style and mentored younger artists. His son, John Romita Jr., is also a well-known comic artist.

the controversial religious TV host Pat Robertson, who was 93 years old, has passed away. He was a conservative political influence and host of The 700 Club. His controversial views on abortion, feminism, and homosexuality earned him a reputation as a radical.

Khosrow Hossein At age 81, the Iron Sheik, Ali Vaziri, has left us. He gained notoriety as a professional wrestler in the WWF and in his tag-team matches with Nikolai Volkoff. Vaziri entered the WWE Hall of Fame that year (2005).

Comedian Pat Cooper, who was 93 years old, has died. The "Comedian of Outrage," as he was dubbed, was a regular on Seinfeld and the Howard Stern Show, had comedy albums out, and was in movies like Analyze This and The Aristocrats.

Former Britain's Got Talent contestant Kerri-Anne Donaldson died at the age of 38. She was a member of the dance group Kings and Queens, which made it to the season 8 semi-finals. Donaldson also choreographed for The Masked Dancer UK.
