NBA Champion Thinks This Is The Best Team For Memphis Grizzlies' Ja Morant

Ja Morant is one of the most skilled players in the NBA, having made the All-Star Game in each of the last two seasons.

At 23 years old, the former Murray State standout has already led the Memphis Grizzlies to the NBA Playoffs three years in a row.

However, he has recently been in the spotlight for the wrong reasons. The organization suspended the star point guard after he was spotted in a viral

social media clip (last month) reportedly brandishing a pistol.      In addition, the NBA is expected to issue his suspension soon.

All of this comes after he was suspended for eight games for a similar incident earlier in the season.

On Thursday, ESPN's Kendrick Perkins (an NBA Champion) spoke on First Take and made a bold comment regarding which team he believes would best match Morant.

"I strongly believe that it is time for Ja to change scenery," says Perkins. I truly, really do. I know the Memphis Grizzlies supporters will be outraged,

but I'm not going to bash them. I'm just talking about Ja and his well-being and future, and I think it's time for a change of scenery,
